2008-2009 Tuition and Fee Policy & Schedule

Base Tuition for 2008-2009 School Year:

5 Day Pre-Kindergarten half day--$3,300 (8:18-noon)
5 Day Pre-Kindergarten full day-- $5,300

Kindergarten through 5th Grade -- $7,250
6th Grade through 8th Grade -- $7,750
9th Grade through 12th Grade -- $8,950

DISCOUNTS
A sibling discount of 10% will be applied to the lowest base tuition(s) per child enrolled, after the first child enrolled at full tuition in grades K-12. A sibling discount of 12% of the base tuition will be applied for the third oldest child enrolled and a sibling discount of 15% of the base tuition will be applied for the fourth and additional children enrolled. There are no early pay or sibling discounts appled to Pre-kindergarten students.

The discount for annual payment due on July 1, 2008 is $50 per family. The annual payment discount is not available for families who receive tuition assistance or to Pre-Kindergarten students.
Waived discounts are charitable contributions.

*ALL FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE EXCEPT AS NOTED ABOVE. Office processing, seat deposit, and testing fees are due at enrollment or reenrollment.

Part-time students are invited to apply for admission. The fee structure is as follows:
The first class is 25% of tuition. Each additional class (second through sixth class) is 15% of tuition.
In order to participate in extracurricular activities, students must take three or more CORE classes: English, Science, History, Math, Bible, Computer.

Williamsburg Christian Academy reserves the right to suspend educational services; the administering of exams and the issuing of grades if an account is delinquent. Once an academic quarter has begun, tuition and fees are due for the entire quarter. A late fee of $25 per month is assessed to deliquent accounts.
